Playing in the garden (26 September 2016)
We had an early morning shower of rain and so the garden was looking all fresh; time to get the camera out:
Feeding Bees (29 August 2016)
One of the succulents in the garden had sprouted these brilliant yellow flowers, so it wasn’t surprising to see lots of bees coming to feed. Naturally, this gives a perfect opportunity to practice some macro shots.
Passed over by the Police Air Wing (23 August 2016)
We’re used to having aircraft passing overhead fairly regularly, but occasionally there is the telltale sound of the emergency services helicopters approaching or even circling near us. This presents a good opportunity (and challenge) to try and capture a shot of the low flying aircraft.
